⚖️ Legal Ownership, Compliance & Use
By completing your purchase, you take title to and legal ownership of the wine at our facility. Because you own the wine, you are responsible for its transit; however, we are happy to suggest and coordinate an appropriate common carrier for you to choose from to handle the delivery on your behalf. Personal Consumption: Wines purchased are for personal consumption only and are not for resale. State Regulations: As the owner of the wine, you are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the destination state regarding the importation of alcohol. Fulfillment & Inventory: All sales are final at the time of purchase. While you take ownership immediately, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if the wine is unavailable due to inventory inaccuracies or if shipping to your destination is prohibited by law.
📍 The Perfect Shipping Address
Accuracy protects your wine from unnecessary transit delays. To meet the specific technical requirements of carriers like FedEx and UPS, please format your address as follows: Primary Street Address: Always use a physical street address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. The “Unit Identifier” Rule: It is important to distinguish between physical and virtual units: Apartments & Suites: For permanent physical units, please place the correct number on Address Line 2.PMB (Private Mailbox): For virtual units (like a UPS Store), you must use the PMB identifier on Address Line 2.Why it Matters: Proper labeling on Address Line 2 ensures the driver delivers directly to the correct entrance or receiving counter, avoiding “Address Not Found” errors.

🌡️ Industry-Leading Temperature Protection
To guarantee wine quality during extreme heat or cold, Temperature Control (TC) is our system default. Automatic Activation: Our system monitors temperatures along your entire route. If they are outside the safety zone, your wine automatically moves into our climate-controlled network at no additional charge. The Schedule: Climate trucks depart every Friday. The cutoff for the Friday truck is Wednesday at 9:00 PM PST with an estimated deliver of 2-3 Business days after the wine reaches the regional hub, generally by the following Friday. Tracking Note: Because the wine travels in a sealed climate trailer, your tracking number will not show “live” updates until the package is scanned at the destination hub (typically 3–5 business days after the Friday departure). Last-Mile Protection: During summer months, moisture-resistant ice packs (good for 72 hours) are added at the destination hub for the final local delivery leg. Our Pro-Tip: Shipping directly to a local FedEx Office or *UPS Store is the best way to ensure a successful first-attempt delivery! * Note, UPS Stores are individually owned and may at the owners discretion refuse alcohol shipments or require a fee for pickup. Please verify details with your preferred location prior to shipping to avoid potential redirect and return fees.
